I Was In The Hospital For Pneumona, They Took Me

I was in the hospital for pneumona, they took me off of hydralazine and Lasix, now I am on carvedilol. Lasix is for my kidney function, i have kidney desease. My doctor replaced it with loratadine and hyzaar which I started taking.I took my bloodpressure today still kind of high
