I Was In The Hospital For Two Nights For What

I was in the hospital for two nights for what they diagnose as kidney infection. I was given a lot of fluid. I came home Monday morning and I continue to have swollen pockets of what feels like fluids. At first it was my leg right under my penis. By today I have a swollen area including my galls being pretty big, both sides toward the back at the belt line have swollen pockets. I am kind of concerned and my wife is really getting concerned. What should I do?
