I Was In The Hospital From June 28th Until July

I was in the hospital from June 28th until July 7th, I had a UTI that went septic, my kidneys started shutting down, my blood pressure was very low and in the end, I was admitted to a heart center for stress induced cardiomyopathy. Yesterday I had body and joint aches, today I am having pain in my sternum, under my right rib cage and some in my back, I don't remember doing anything to have pulled a muscle or something and it hurts to breathe. I don't want to make a fool out of myself if it's nothing, what's your suggestion? I have also been having a headache for the past few days. I've also had the chills most of the day.
