I Was In The Hospital Just About Two Weeks Ago

I was in the hospital just about two weeks ago and had two ivs, one blew a vein pretty bad in my forearm. I had blood drawn from that same arm from my hand and there was some bruising and a lot of pain. At first it felt as though my hand was constantly "tired", but then it turned into sharp pains from side to side movement. Today I noticed there is a lump there and it's very painful to move my hand, pain shoots from my wrist up to my pinky, the lump is in the middle of the two. Also my thumb was swollen and very sore almost like it was sprained this morning and that has been flaring up on and off all day. Didn't know if there would be a logical explanation for this as its been going on for a while now.
