I Was In The Hospital The Beginning Of October For

I was in the hospital the beginning of October for two days with pneumonia. It wasn't diagnosed as far as finding which strain. My question is I still do not feel fully recovered. I lose my voice every day and don't feel great. Is this normal to be having these symptoms still.
I did get my lungs xrayed and it is clear.
what would you suggest I look into next.
