I Was In To My Regular Physician This Week And

I was in to my regular physician this week and he did an EKG, said it was not normal, but that he would oder a full cardiac work-up with stress test and if I had chest pain to go to ER. I have had continual shoulder and arm pain and now it goes down my right leg as well. I also notice my veins seem quite dark on my right side through my skin. Is this normal. I plan to call tomorrow to follow-up in the cardiac appt.
