I Was In To See The Doctor Today And Learned

I was in to see the doctor today and learned I have a UTI. I had a little back pain but now I am now experiencing spasms in the back when I move and constant discomfort. Is it going to get worse before getting better, do I need to go to the hospital now? I am a scared of this increase in pain, and concerned that it is getting worse. The doctor prescribed cipro 2x day treatment for7 days, and I took the first tablet at 4pm and with this pain I decided to take another at 10pm...in hope that it will help expedite healing. Can I take Ibrupropen for the pain?
