I Was Informed That I Have High Cholestrol I Understand

I was informed that I have high cholestrol I understand that it should be 199 and mine is 236 (236-199=37)my ldl is 175 and should be 99 (175-99=76) and the other one is 159 and should be 149 (159-149=10) I'm told this is very,very bad. The numbers don't look so bad to me I'm going to change my diet. What do you think.
