I Was Injecting Some Local Anaesthetic For A Ring Block

I was injecting some local anaesthetic for a ring block on a patient with HIV not on ARVs. I had tried to aspirate twice to ensure I was not in a blood vessel, but no visible blood in the syringe. I then pushed the plunger against resistance and the syringe detached from the needle and the LA (around 2 mls) sprayed everywhere, including on my face and I think in my eye.

I can't seem to find any advice about the risk of this situation and whether or not I should be taking PeP (here this is lamzid and alluvia). Any advice you might have I would really appreciate.
