I Was Involved In An Auto Accident And I Hit

I was involved in an auto accident and I hit a pole because of icy roads. I have a dull, achy feeling in my lower back area. But it feels like my insides are bruised not a muscle. Could I have caused blunt force trauma to my left kidney or some other organ? I have no bruising around my umbilical area or my back.
