I Was Itching A Few Days Ago And Felt Like

I was itching a few days ago and felt like I had a bit of thrush coming but didn't treat it as there wasnt any discharge. Today I really started to feel sore and all the inside of my vagina as swole really bad and wont stop itching and now its paine full to have a wee. Ive been taking anavar for two wks now and was woundering what this cud be and if it's anything to to with that anavar . All I know is it's painful to walk im ok when sat down if u could please give me some advice I wud be ever so greatful
