I Was Just At A Get Together In An Apt

I was just at a get together in an apt complex clubhouse. Someone noticed what looked like a bedbug crawling on one of the attendees. We think she is the one who brought the bedbugs with her since the clubhouse was recently renovated with brand new carpets, furniture, paint, etc. How paranoid should I be abt bringing the bedbugs home with me? I put all my clothes that I was wearing in the dryer on high for 30 minutes.
