I Was Just Curious Some Options To Help A Teething

I was just curious some options to help a teething baby. My child is coming up on 4 months old, hates teething rings, and I've looked up several things that say give them a bottle with cold or frozen water but I thought that infants her age aren't supposed to have water yet? I've also found things that say freeze their food but she hasn't started eating food yet because she's still too young. What are other or the best options?
