I was just diagnosed as a pre diabetic patient they sent me home with medication but then I've had high blood pressure which I'm taking medicine I need to know what kind of foods can I eat as a diabetic but then I got to watch my high blood pressure it's a challenge can you advise me what's best thank you doctor
