I Was Just Diagnosed W Mild Hypothyroidism And Am Taking

I was just diagnosed w mild hypothyroidism and am taking 16.25 mg of Naturethroid 2x day. I often have the sensation of pressure on my Adam's apple (or thyroid). It occurs more often since treatment (for about 1 mo now), but I have had bouts of this feeling at times over the past years prior to taking NDT. I've been wondering if I'm taking too much - or too little medication - or if it's something else. My dr said the thyroid gland felt normal but I've not had tests for nodules.
