I Was Just Diagnosed With Bells Palsy Last Week. I

I was just diagnosed with Bells Palsy last week. I have been trying really hard to keep my eye well moisturized. Today, I got out if my shower feeling dry eyes. So I put drops in them. I then noticed a round piece if my sclera bubbled up and I could move it almost off my eye. I have been putting rewetting drops on it. Will this heal? Do I need to go see my eye dr ASAP? Will my eye be okay?
I don't see much redness. There is no blood. But you can see the white lifting up.
