I Was Just Diagnosed With Stage 1 Endometrial Cancer After

I was just diagnosed with Stage 1 endometrial cancer after a radical hysterectomy and am seeing a specialist. That came about after post-menopausal bleeding. However, I continue to have a very sharp pain on my right lower abdomen (pelvic area) that feels like someone is pinching me hard from the inside and not letting go. Sometimes the pain is so severe that I double over. There is also a tinge of blood in my urine still.
