I Was Just Diagnosed With Hypoparathyriod A Day Ago. I'm

I was just diagnosed with hypoparathyriod a day ago. I'm having muscle spasms in my feet , lower legs and both hands. I am extremely fatigued, this morning my stomach was cramping. Now, because I live alone I'm trying to prepare to go to the dr. today, but when I was trying to vacum my bedroom, I noticed my heart racing and I have to sit down... I'm 147lb in decent shape... what is this?
