I Was Just Diagnosed With Vitamin Deficiency Anemia And Also

I was just diagnosed with vitamin deficiency anemia and also have to start thyroid meds because of high reading on my blood test. I also have lupus and take at least one Tylenol extra strength tablet per day.
I have a lot of joint pain. Worried about interactions and worried about being allergic to the 325mg iron and 50MCG of the thyroid medicine. Any advice would be helpful. Thanks!
