I Was Just Feeling Really Sick And Threw Up A

I was just feeling really sick and threw up a pink thing the exact size and shape of a whole baby carrot. I have not swallowed any whole carrots. Or anything of that size. I didn't know anything of this type is possible. I wondered about parasites? It has no features though. Just totally smooth texture.
