I Was Just Given Metformin. After Two Doses I Have

I was just given Metformin. After two doses I have a bad headache, eyes sight is blurry, and ringing in my ears. I have had diarrhea and very nauseas with chest pain. Later I have itchy scalp and feel bumps. I am sensitive to medications. What do I do about these side effects so early.
