I Was Just Given Azithromycin For An Infected Tooth...gum...had A

I was just given azithromycin for an infected tooth...gum...had a crown on tooth 40 years ago was told now that the nerve is probably dead. The antibiotic had really bad side effects for me....stopped taking it. How can I get rid of the major congestion and cough it created. Initially I had really bad loose stools and vomiting. Only took it two days, by that time I was sick.
