I Was Just Informed By A Pump Company That My

I was just informed by a pump company that my private well water is contaminated with E coli. I have been sick several times over the past few months and I'm very glad to find the problem. I plan to have a sanitizing system installed. I also have infections in both eyes- mucus discharge especially in the morning and some pain and swelling beneath the eye. Is this a result of the contaminated water in my shower? I have a compromised immune system due to a medication I'm taking.
