I Was Just Looking On The Web For My Daughter.

I was just looking on the web for my daughter. She'll be 19 yrs old in a couple weeks and for the last couple years, she's been experiencing shaking symptoms in her hands when she's hungry. She'll even be shaky even after she's eaten an hour or two earlier. I was looking to see if it was hypoglycemic but she's not diabetic so is there something else that might be the problem?
