I Was Just On The Antibiotic Cephalaxen For 10 Days,

I was just on the antibiotic Cephalaxen for 10 days, and yesterday I noticed that my clitorus and the area around it is quite itchy and feels irritated. I have no other itching in the vaginal area and no discharge. Could this be the beginning of a yeast infection? I could never tell as I never have a discharge when I have a yeast infection.
