I Was Just Prescribed Flonase, Instead Of Taking A Daily

I was just prescribed Flonase, instead of taking a daily Zyrtec allergy. I came to the doctor for a head cold and earache. My blood pressure is normal @ 115/70. When the doctor took my BP it was 195/110... She immediately gave me clonadine (sp?) to lower my BP, which worked... 1 hour ago it was 134/80. I bought Flonase at the drug store, but am afraid to take it now... because of this BP day... Question: should I take it now? Thank you.
