I Was Just Prescribed This Drug And Wanted To See

I was just prescribed this drug and wanted to see what it was used for, side effects, dosage and if I can :
eat grapefruit 2. can I take Tylenol sinus with it 3. can I have a drink, or beer, about once every 2 months or so with dinner 4, Can I take a tea of vinegar,r1 teaspoon, and honey, 1 teaspoon, mixed with 1/2 glass water with this? My blood pressure has suddenly shot up over a period of about 2 1/2 months from my normal of 100 over 60 to a55 over 84 and my AFib, which I have had for about 20 years, is suddenly about 75 times worse. had to go to emergency room about 2 weeks ago, because I had passed ot and my blood pressure had propped to 62 over 41.
