I Was Just Reading What People Were Saying About Abruptly

I was just reading what people were saying about abruptly stopping any benzo's. I think if one is not a professional or have not been on this medication, they should not give advice that obviously can be harmful to others. I am in shock to hear people say to drink warm milk and rough it out is ok, when it is not. I no the answer I was just wondering what others were saying as it as a nurse that told me if would be fine after 1years of use. This amazes me. Thank you for asking however.
