I Was Just Recently Dx With Mild Levoscoliosis And Exaggerated

I was just recently dx with mild levoscoliosis and exaggerated lumbar lordosis. I am 2 years post kidney/pancreas transplant.
i have pain throughout the day that increases with activity of any kind even my neck and shoulders and a bulging cervical that is tender to touch even on my torso and back could this all be related to my dx found via x ray?
