I Was Just Recently Told I Have Cin 2 And

I was just recently told I have cin 2 and 3. I've also been dealing with some sort of uterine infection causing my uterus to be extremely tender. A few years ago I had a 10lb dermoid cyst. I'm about to have a d and c and leep.. Yesterday I passed a flesh like clot on the second day of my menstrual.. I was also told the reason my uterus might be so sore is endometriosis so should this clot be something to be alarmed about and tell my Dr or like everyone is saying it's normal?
