I Was Just Seen For Light Spotting And Mild Cramping

I was just seen for light spotting and mild cramping at very early in pregnancy, only saw sac. I was told it is abnormal because it is low. I had blood test today and a follow up in 2 days. I am on my feet all day for my job. Even though it is early, is resting and being prone something that can help? I'm a tennis coach, so I don't know how much I can do my job without worrying about the success of the pregnancy. I'm also older 41, with pcos, hypothyroidism, and anemia. All are managed: Metformin, Synthroid, Iron and selenium. I'm hopeful that my HCG levels will show things are ok, but in the meantime, what about work?
