I Was Just Told By My Doctors Office That I

I was just told by my doctors office that I have precancerous cells which are mild to moderate changes. She scheduled me for a cryopopsy oromeyhing like that. I've gotten Pap smears every year, a seen fine. This is a total shock yo me. I'm 56, with a negative HPV. How dangerous is this? I'm scared.
