I Was Just Told Today By My Obgyn That My

I was just told today by my obgyn that my blood work came back positive for HSV-2. What I need to know is, is there anyway those test results could have been misdiagnosed? The reason I ask is because I also have sickle cell trait but my obgyn doesn't know that.
PLEASE HELP!!!
