I Was Just Told Via Text Message That My Metatstatic

I was just told via text message that my metatstatic breast cancer in both lungs and liver has mildly progressed over the last 3 months. The dr said she will probably recommend Xeloda. I have currently been taking Ibrance/Femara for 14 months, Faslodex the last two months. I am er+, pr-, her2-. I am chemical induced menopause. I am 46 years old. I have lost 2/3 of my volume of hair.
1. Will I loose the rest of my hair?
2. What determines if the additional drug (docetaxol) be taken?
3. Are there drugs given to minimize side effects? Or supplements?
