I Was Just Vacuuming And I Suddenly Felt A Flash

I was just vacuuming and I suddenly felt a flash of heat throughout my head and neck, got short of breathe, and Iwas trembling. I immediately got a chicken sandwiche, grapes and water. Within 10 minutes the trembling stopped and my breathing was better. I already take zoloft and wellbutrin for severe depression.
I am going to see a physician, but does this sound like diabetes?
