I Was Just Woken Up With Pain In My Lower

I was just woken up with pain in my lower stomach. I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and this pain is on and off lately. It feels as if someone is violently shaking me. With the pain usually comes my morning / all day sickness. Should I be worried? My doctors appointment isn't for another couple of weeks, and that would be the first time I've been since learning I'm pregnant.
