I Was Just Wondering, I Had My Voice Crack Pretty

I was just wondering, I had my voice crack pretty early, around when i was late 11, early 12, and now that I'm 17 it's been cracking again, much more often that it did the first time, but my voice is already pretty deep. What's going on and can I make it not as bad?
