I Was Just Wondering If My Leaky Heart Valve ..

I was just wondering if my leaky heart valve .. And sometimes my heart will skip but they aren't concerned about this.can this cause me to feel like I am having electric zaps in my chest they can happen on both sides of my upper torso above my breast.... I have had stress tests, echoes and wore a monitor for a month to track this sensation
