I Was Just Wondering What Type Of Infection Or Rash

I was just wondering what type of infection or rash or just what it is I have on the area between my anal and vaginal area, it hurts when I sit to urinate, do bowl movements, and when I wipe. It feels like I am torn, I usually get torn after sexual intercourse, but I know its not that because I haven't had sexual intercourse in 10 months almost, and it also hurts towards my anal area also, but it itches like its healing from being torn, I have been doing liquid bowl movements since the 19th of December and I can't get it to stop and its been hurting ever since the 23rd of December, I have been put on an all-liquid diet that includes crackers and bread from my mom to try and stop it, but it just won't stop, and I can't keep hurting, it's getting to the point of hurting so bad when I use the restroom and I can't handle it anymore. Please help.
