I Was Kicked By A Horse In My Upper Addominal

I was kicked by a horse in my upper addominal area 5 days ago. Close range. Right under rib cage in the center. No external tenderness or bruising to the area but I am feeling a bit short breathed, have mild feelings of heartburn, and ache in shoulder (mostly left but both affected) and base of neck. Stomach is not hard at all. sometimes feeling mildly nauseous when the shoulder area is aching.
