I Was Knocked Out By A 30lb Case Of Frozen

I was knocked out by a 30lb case of frozen biscuits after the forklift backed into a 3-story bin of frozen pallets. the doctors keep asking me if i had problems using the bathroom. I said NO. reality,,,I can't/ haven't been able to use the bathroom(bowel movements) since the accident....Is this normal?...I also get very emotional when I/we talk about it and the fact that I have extreme headaches and neck pain
