I Was Late On My Recent Period And It Was

I was late on my recent period and it was very weird. It's unusual for me I tend to get a heavy flow without much discharge. It wasnt as heavy as it usually is at times and it had about the same amount of discharge as my period and has had a lot of clumps or it was really heavy. I had a bad case of nausea and cramps for about 2-3weeks The bleeding lasted around 10-11 days, what could this mean? Could I have had a miscarriage?
