I Was Laughing Hard The Night Before And In The

I was laughing hard the night before and in the morning I woke up feeling weak had a high fever that would even get child and I also got a sore throat it just swallowing and eating. My thought is swollen twice it's size and I've even been having trouble enunciating words. Could it be because of the excessive laughing or could be something more serious.
