I Was Laying In Bed And All Of A Sudden.

I was laying in bed and all of a sudden. I had a real loud ringing in my right ear, got really dizzy, broke out in a cold sweat, and ended up vomiting. I have sat amd jad nausea foe the past few hours and vomited 2 more time since the first time and after vomiting the ringing comes back for several minutes
