I Was Laying In Bed And My Sister Dropped A

I was laying in bed and my sister dropped a heavy beer mug on my head I saw "stars" and it swelled up pretty large but it went down after three or four days and when I touched the area where it hit I feel an indent and it send shooting pains across my forehead behind my eyes and all through out my skull, what should it do?
