I Was Laying On My Back In Bed After Taking

I was laying on my back in bed after taking a short nap. Out of no where I felt really rigid and couldn't move at all even though I tried. I also felt really weird and tingly. I felt like I was being hit by a huge wave but I couldn't move (it didn't hurt though). I also started to hallucinate, it was an auditory hallucination and it sounded like a broken record or something really weird. I was conscious the whole time but I couldn't move and I felt really weird. It lasted for about 20 seconds then it stopped so I just layed there for about 3 seconds then I slightly lifted my arm up and tried to get up but then it happened again but this time it lasted a bit longer I think. Then I got up and searched my bed for my laptop, because that's where I thought the sound was coming from but my laptop was off and it wasn't even in my room. Does this sound like some type of seizure? I didnt feel tired or anything after it happened, just a bit confused maybe. Im not sure what it was.
