I Was Laying On The Bed On My Back With

I was laying on the bed on my back with my head kind of hanging over the edge. I've had a headache for days. I suddenly felt very awful, sick.dizzy. straightened myself up on the bed but the bed was pitching and rolling. I got off and crawled to the toilet to throw up. Then I was very hot I crawled to the sofa . Three more times this happened. My house pitched and rolled like a ship. I am 70 but worked until jan and I do not have high blood pressure or any major health issues.
