I Was Laying On The Couch And My Fioncé, After

I was laying on the couch and my fioncé, after getting up, jokingly put his finger near my mouth and barely touched my front tooth. It immediately felt like a static shock but it was painful for about 10 minutes with the shock feeling continuously coming back. This has never happened before, I have no problems with my teeth, and no fillings in the front where it was hurting. Is this normal?
