I Was Leaning Over Making The Bed & My 70

I was leaning over making the bed & my 70 lb. dog jumped up & hit my head in the temple area with her head. The blow brought me to my knees, instant sharp pain in my temple which very shortly turned into a headache. Tiny bit of swelling on temple, iced it, but the area feels like it is warm inside is the only way I can describe it. I do not have any confusion. Cold it be a concussion? Should I sleep on it then maybe see a dr in the morning if still hurts?
