I Was Looking In The Mirror And Saw What I

I was looking in the mirror and saw what I thought was dried toothpaste in the corner of my mouth. Lookingn closer I realized it's a group of tiny little bumps almost pimple like.They do not hurt in any way. Only realized then because of seeing them in the mirror . They are not in the corner of my mouth. More just on the actual lip. The pink tissue part. Not the skin. Not even visible unless I tilt my head back and open wide
